As we enter 2026, Holland Ridge Capital remains guided by conviction, selectivity, and long-term partnership. This year, our focus is on continuing to provide growth capital and strategic advisory to our current portfolio. For Vigor Dispensary, this includes supporting new store expansion and property acquisitions in off-market Monmouth County locations. For Jersey Extraction Lab, we aim to permanently support the company’s growth through a majority acquisition, where growth capital, combined with changes in cannabis scheduling and the removal of drug study limitations, will accelerate the company’s goals of scientific innovation.
The markets in which we operate are complex and highly regulated. Our approach remains one of precision rather than reaction, applying consistent standards across cycles and committing capital only when the risk-reward profile is clearly favorable.
